By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in Blaze and Create (“the Event”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in Blaze and Create involves activities that may include, but are not limited to, the use of essential oils, herbs, natural ingredients, cannabis and/or CBD products (where legally permitted), crafting supplies, tools, and other materials. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, allergic reactions, or damages that may occur during or as a result of my participation.
Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Blaze and Create, From My Heart Beauty & Wellness LLC, its owners, staff, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, injury, illness, accident, or damages that may occur during or after the Event.

By purchasing a ticket and attending Blaze and Create, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Liability Waiver & Release Agreement. This agreement shall be binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
